May we introduce ourselves? We are animal lovers with a big heart for all velvet paws and fur noses. Cats and dogs are much more than just pets - they are our best friends on four paws. And we only want the best for them. That starts with a balanced diet. That's why, as a provider of innovative and sustainable premium pet food, we only work with natural and healthy ingredients for our dog and cat food.

Why the name PUJA?

The name PUJA comes from a sacred ritual practiced in both Hinduism and Buddhism. The ritual "Puja" is used to express reverence. It is practiced regularly and is one of the most important parts of the religions. Care, lots of time for fun and games and only the best products - these are our reverence rituals towards our pets. It is especially important to us to use raw materials appreciatively in order to preserve a livable environment for us, our four-legged friends and our future generations.

The health of our animals is of great concern to us. That is why our delicious recipes consist of carefully selected ingredients. Flavor enhancers, preservatives or artificial colors have no place in our products. With our snacks we offer your pet, for example, support for a well-functioning immune system or also for a healthy skin and a beautiful coat.

We develop PUJA products together with our specialist veterinarian for animal nutrition and animal dietetics. The ingenious formulas serve as a reward and supplementary feed at the same time. PUJA treats are power packs with valuable and natural raw materials suitable for all ages and breeds, like our Vitality products Body or Skin.

We work with leading international laboratories to test our products for safety, composition and purity using reliable analytical methods. In addition, all of our products undergo acceptance testing with dogs and cats. Each formulation undergoes as many refinements and tests until we are satisfied with animal and human acceptance. Our products are then stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse to keep the snacks as fresh as possible. The result: our natural dog snacks are nutritious, well tolerated and super tasty. We produce environmentally friendly, recyclable and with a clear conscience. Our high-quality products are produced in Germany and Europe as sustainably as possible. Our packaging is recyclable tinplate cans from Europe, covered with labels made from recycled paper with water-based adhesive. We use recycled paper shipping boxes and home compostable filler. We are three pet moms who want healthy pet food to be adapted to your pet's need while contributing to the protection of the environment for now and the next generations. We treat our raw materials for animals and humans with appreciation and want something to finally move in the area of sensible preventive health for animals - but only in combination with recyclability and ecological packaging. Both are possible at the same time and our responsibility - We are responsible for a livable earth ourselves - and therefore we act NOW.

We, that is PUJA - founder and CEO Jasmin Bechler, veterinarian and animal nutritionist Dr. Stephanie Schmitt and operations and logistics expert Nicole Neimeyer. In cooperation with Gut Aiderbichl on the Austrian Wallersee, which offers animals in emergency situations a new home, we have big plans.

Hello, I'm Jasmin and I'm passionate about sustainable innovation. We have a responsibility towards our fellow human beings, the next generations and our animals. I am facing this responsibility with PUJA. I want to contribute to the improvement and education of animal nutrition in line with sustainable packaging to protect our environment. PUJA is unique in healthy feed combined with ecological packaging. Our consumers want both, no more lazy compromises and are willing to pay a premium price for it. I fight for a good conscience when buying pet food - animals are fun and so are our beautiful decorative PUJA cans. Finally, I don't have to hide pet food anymore - but can proudly show - that I am a PUJA-jan! We are very much looking forward to a growing community of animal lovers!
